We do our best to process, package and ship your order to you within 48 - 72 working hours (Mon- Fri). All orders will be posted to you using Royal Mail with proof of postage. Parcels weighing over 1.5 kg will be dispatched by courier service 2- 3 day delivery to ensure we use the most cost effective option for delivery. All delivery charges are charged at cost. By doing so it allows us to ensure that all profits from the sale of items in our shop go directly to the cats in our care to help us cover food and veterinary costs. If you would like to save on delivery costs then we are very happy for you to call by and collect your order at a pre-arranged day and time. Simply choose the option for 'Store Pickup' on checkout and no delivery will be charged.
