Please ensure that you have read and understood the following Terms and Conditions before purchasing any products from our web site. Please direct any queries to the Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue Care Desk on +44 (0) 1592 783732. 1. Goods will be delivered within 14 days of receipt of an order. 2. Goods will remain the property of Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue until payment has been received in full. 3. Written confirmation of any order placed will be provided to you, the customer, via email. In the event of any goods being returned please retain this as your confirmation to help us deal with your enquiry. 4. Customers should notify Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue in writing of any shortages or damages to any order received, within 3 working days from receipt. 5. Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery via letter, email or fax; however goods must be returned as sold. Cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the goods have been opened or used in any way. 6. Orders for goods made to customers personal specifications cannot be cancelled. 7. Goods returned within 10 days as faulty, will have monies refunded for the cost of the item. Postage will not be refunded if a replacement item is to be sent. If no replacement item is to be sent then full value of the original order will be refunded. 8. Any goods returned should be sent by special delivery or other traceable means with proof of posting. 9. The Customer is liable for the cost of returns of unwanted goods once they have been signed for. If you have changed your mind regarding your order then do not sign for your order and ask for the package to be returned to sender. .
